a little bit of everything

audiovisual installation (2025)

This project began as a simple exercise. Observing my environment through a handheld microscope, the kind used in primary schools. I scanned leaves, moss on tree bark, coins and food scraps, anything within reach. The process became a way to shift scale and look at the familiar through a different lens. Detached from their context, the images turned into patterns, structures, and surfaces.

The visual aspect of a little bit of everything is a record of this observational process. Overlooked details, presented without narrative. From these fragmented views, I composed a sonic landscape. Not as direct translation, but as interpretation. Using synthesized sounds and processed field recordings, I explored what these microscopic spaces might feel like from within.
